$140/hr initial session
$95/45 min follow-up session
$290 for 3 appointment package (1 initial + 2 follow-up sessions)

* 3 appointment package needs to be completed within 4 months
I started working with Megan at the start of my training for the Houston marathon and she was so helpful in giving me direction for fueling while running and during my work day. During my marathon prep I shortly found out I was pregnant and she helped me navigate a new race day strategy for hydration and fueling, because of change in demands. I am a Sports PT who is constantly working with endurance athletes and refer many of my patients to see her and help with their fueling needs. Its true what they say, "you get out what you put in", literally.
