With over 40 years of running experience, Megan is passionate about sharing her expertise with her clients. Holding a master's degree in exercise physiology and certifications in sports nutrition (CSSD), Level 1 Road Runners Club of American (RRCA),and UESCA Strength and Conditioning, she creates tailored training programs and nutrition plans to help you achieve your athletic goals. I started my running journey in 2024 absolutely clueless and with no running experience whatsoever. I had a huge goal, though — London Marathon 2025. When I started working with Megan, I immediately knew I made the right choice. There were highs and there were lows to my training but Megan was there for all of it. Her expertise in nutrition and running led me to the starting line feeling confident and prepared, and carried me through to the finish line. I could not have achieved my goals without Megan. Her love for the sport is contagious and I am so thankful to have a new love (borderline obsession!) for a sport I swore was unloveable a year ago!
