As a sports dietitian, Megan helps athletes with Type 1 Diabetes understand how to balance carbohydrates, insulin, and training demands so they can support both performance and long-term health. The goal is to provide practical strategies that help athletes feel more confident with their fueling plan and reduce the stress of managing blood glucose around workouts and sports competitions.
