Meet Megan.
Megan Robinson has been a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) since 1994. She is a Board-Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics and a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist, with expertise in sports nutrition, cardiovascular health, diabetes management, pediatric nutrition, and performance training. Megan has been published in numerous peer reviewed nutrition journals, online running platforms, and books. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from the University of Vermont and her Master of Science in Exercise Physiology from West Chester University.
A lifelong athlete, Megan began as a gymnast, building a strong foundation in strength, discipline, and body awareness. She later transitioned into distance running in high school and has competed in numerous long-distance events, including the Boston Marathon (nine times) and a 50-mile ultramarathon. Her movement background also includes yoga, pilates, and strength training.
Megan is a Level 1 RRCA-certified running coach and a UESCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach, working with athletes of all levels. She began her coaching career, coaching middle and high school track and field and cross-country runners, including coaching athletes with type 1 diabetes through Diabetes Training Camp. She currently provides individualized training and performance programs tailored to each athlete’s goals, physiology, and life demands. Her combined expertise in sports nutrition, strength and conditioning, and endurance coaching allows her to deliver a comprehensive, science-based approach to performance, health, and long-term athletic development.
Outside of her professional work, Megan enjoys hiking with her husband and spending time with her two sons.
