I offer a race preparation coaching call, providing you with a comprehensive review of all of the logistics related to your race, including:

Fueling and nutrition plan

Course-specific pacing plan
I include this service with all of my individual remote coaching plans and offer it to runners outside my monthly clientele as an à la carte service.
After filling out a profile that provides me with information about your training and experience, I will spend 60 minutes reviewing your race plan and answering your questions.
